Sales
Confirm the contract and initiate the order processing. Conduct follow-ups and oversee the delivery process. Confirm the successful delivery and provide customers with guidance on the use and maintenance of the machines.
After-sales
Deliver machines promptly with free training and technical support. Offer lifelong service with technicians available for installation and trials. Provide spare parts and a 12-month warranty, excluding wear parts. Ensure lifetime service support.
Dealers’ training
Our dealer training program offers a three-tiered approach, designed to enhance product knowledge and technical skills in a streamlined learning environment. Each level includes targeted training and performance evaluations, enabling participants to effectively demonstrate their expertise and proficiency.
Step 1
Basic training
This training program is conducted online and provides new dealers or new service staff with basic training on products, engines, hydraulic systems and electric systems.
Step 2
Intermediate training
The second level of training provides more detailed knowledge on products, including product operation and maintenance training, along with more in-depth training on hydraulic and electric systems.
Step 3
Advanced training
The advanced level specifically focuses on main machine components and troubleshooting by model and range.
